Pansy's parents had come over to watch the children, and Morgan was excited to spend time with Grandpa Parkinson and Virginia Rose loved Grandma Camellia. It had been nice to spend time with her cousins - she saw them so rarely now. But as an only child, there wasn't much family for her to choose from. There were the Flints, and a few Parkinsons, and the Thorndikes. But the Thorndikes were far away across the ocean and the Flints and Parkinsons weren't the type for large families.
She had a good chat with Isolde, bringing over a basket of teas to help deal with the morning sickness and the swollen ankles she was sure would come. She had also brought over some of her maternity clothes since with each passing day she was becoming more resigned to the fact that she probably wouldn't be pregnant again anytime in the near future. She'd brought over some books as well, both muggle and wizarding. Leaving Isolde so her cousin-in-law could rest, she went to go find Marcus to chat with her cousin before going home.
Finding him in the library, Pansy smiled as she came up behind him silently, enjoying watching him focused on a task and not constantly scowling at the world. She knew the defences of a Slytherin, but America and four children had mellowed her and she was fairly certain that the triplets would do the same to Marcus.
Expecting to find him bent over herbology books, the knitting books were a bit of a surprise.
"New hobby to stop yourself from going insane with all of Isolde's changing whims?" she asked.
