She was very well aware of that she had acted like an idiot. She didn't need anyone to tell her that. If she'd been just slightly more intelligent than a garden gnome she'd have sat down, shut up and been there for Tracey when she needed her.
"Yeah, yeah, just a job, doing what I need to, etc, etc. I know. We can't all be as irrational and stupid as me, can we? I mean, I still got my job. So far, anyway."
She was pretty sure that Flint wouldn't give her up, and that he wasn't strictly pro-Ministry, even if he worked for them. He did just see his lover arrested for no good reason after all.
