Blaise did not even bother to defend the statements, he had no way to even begin. They had been quite anti-Ministry and he wouldn't be able to lie well enough to cover them given his foggy brain from the potions and lack of rest.
"It was my personal opinions based on those events around me. It was in a personal journal and little more than ranting."
He shrugged and returned to his attention to the small spot on the podium that was so interesting. He was still trying to process what he had heard of Theodore's trial and wanted to reject what he had heard. He was not guilty, couldn't be.
"Are the questions really necessary? What exactly does this have to do with my fake charges of .. what? Harbouring and aiding the escape? Neither of us were guilty and you well know it." He had finally gotten tired of the whole ridiculous farce and wanted it over with.
