Furrowing her brows, she offered Millicent a feigned glare. "You are really not helping right now. What am I going to tell him? You should have seen him at lunch yesterday. He wants this. It's obvious that he does." Isaac may never have truly wanted her but he did want a child and had seemed content enough with Tracey as the mother. Well, that was all too late now.
Tracey really didn't mind Millicent disparaging her ex-husband but she didn't comment on it much. She did pause though when a thought came into her head. "And Ae-cha will have a sibling." Blaise's daughter. This suddenly felt too much like the concept of family and Tracey nearly panicked.
It was much easier to laugh about the future. "Those are all acceptable lessons," Tracey nodded with approval. "Except laundry. You're not allowed to give him any advice about that." Teasingly she stuck her tongue out at the pile in the corridor. "I am going to freak out. About everything likely."
