Nate couldn't help the snort of delighted laughter. "Muggles definitely don't have a way. I think a pregnant bloke'd be worse off there than in the wizarding world, since at least here there's magic to fix things," he admitted. "Unless you're talking about films, but then, anything can happen in a film, since it's all just pretend anyway." He thought about it, then grinned. "There was a movie about it, just last year actually. Arnold Schwarzenegger was a scientist who got pregnant. Pity it's not real." He gave her a wry smile. "It'd definitely make things easier. I'd be willing to do it, if it didn't kill me, yeah?"
Maybe guilt wasn't the right word. The thing was, Nate wanted to make Luag happy. He wanted to give him everything in life. "The thing is, Luag gave this up to be with me," he said quietly. "He gave up having a child with his wife, having a good relationship with his family... he gave up a lot of things for me. I want to see him happy."
He blinked a little absorbing what Lavender said about Pansy. "I didn't know here then," he admitted, "but I try not to hold grudges. I'm trying to just take it one day at a time and get to know her some, but it might take a while. The worst of it is... well, it's the jealousy. I keep worrying that I'm not doing something right, or that she wants him, because they do get on awfully well."
