She gave him a small smile. "Maybe. Or maybe he's just a decent guy. Which is a fact. He has his faults but he's a good man." She nodded and tucked her hair behind her ear. "The thing is, I think it's better for both of us if I just get on with the moving on. I don't think my feelings are going to change but I can't expect anything- it's not fair to him at all- and I've got bigger fish to fry at this point." She thought of Sofiya Capper and her gut turned slightly. The last thing she wanted was to be in her boat.
"A healer who isn't affiliated with Mungos? Not likely. Yeah I'm going to talk to her but I think she sees a muggle healer too." Lavender looked at him with a softened smile before putting her arms around him (admittedly it took some maneuvering).
