There was something off about this one. Not bad but different. She was certainly feminine, from her curves to her wardrobe but there was a certain masculine feel about her that Sally-Anne couldn't quite place. It didn't bother her necessarily but intrigued her. It was interesting. That giggle? Definitely feminine.
"Well, we can't have that. Nothing worse than a girl with mum issues. If I wanted to deal with a kid I'd have a kid," she said with a grin, not minding the name Charlie in the slightest. It was cute, rather like the girl in front of her. She wasn't normally a fan of redheads, preferring blonds herself but blonds had been nothing but trouble for her lately. Maybe she needed to give a ginger a chance. She was a sucker for eyes at any rate and hers were stunning. There was something oddly familiar about them but she couldn't quite place it. Maybe like a classmate but she couldn't be sure. The odds this bird was related to a wizard was rare at best.
"The scene? Don't know that I considered myself to be apart of a scene but I suppose by being here I kind of am." It was a good thing there wasn't a place like this in the Wizarding world. It would be like shooting fish in a barrel. She hated the idea that she was identified by her sexuality as if that was the most important thing. As if anything she did or believed was second to a part of her that she had been born with. It was aggravating. "We're a judgmental lot. Competition and prize all in one. You've got to be careful, the girls can be catty. Don't worry, I'd say you're safe where you are."
She didn't miss the look. She certainly didn't mind it either.
