Tracey was right in her assessment of what Theodore could and could not appreciate, but she was very wrong (though who could blame her?) when she surmised the apparent situation. The girl standing before Tracey -- Theodore -- stared for several seconds with a total lack of comprehension before it dawned on (her) what the hell Tracey was implying. It also implied that he wasn't hallucinating, and he didn't like that one little bit. The only thing worse than waking up with the delusion that you're the wrong gender is actually waking up the wrong gender. (She) sat down heavily in the nearest chair, holding the back so tightly that her knuckles went white.
"Oh Merlin, I've turned into a girl. I'm right here. Oh God." Her voice seemed to go up several octaves with much more ease through this new set of vocal cords.
