Lavender's smile softened. "Susan, you will. You'll pretty much have to now so we can you know, plan weddings and such." She was trying to keep it light-hearted although Susan had always been better at that. "And this isn't exactly doing it right," she pointed out.
"Yeah, probably. Watch, it just looks like me. Unhelpful bugger. Merlin- when I figure out who the possibles are I don't even know what to do. Do I tell them?" It seemed like the responsible thing to do, at least. But she wasn't in a relationship with anyone- it's not like she expected to get married and suddenly live happily ever after because of this. Not to mention she didn't have a way to know who the father was until the child was actually born. Lavender nodded, quieting down again before reaching for another slice of pizza. "Yeah, it was probably right around then. I don't remember exactly when it was, I'll have to look but- I think that was- well, it was right around Terry-" she took a deep breath and let it out slowly. "Right around Terry's death but Michael and I were together pretty... steadily... before he went off the handle." Part of her wondered if it would be better or worse if it was in fact Micheal's. Could he really judge her for not knowing who the father was? Was he sure that he didn't have kids somewhere?
