WIZENGAMOT PASSES WAND BILL!

Landmark Bill Passes in Wake of ST Violence
LONDON -- In a monumental decision by the Wizengamot late this morning, an amended bill submitted by the Minister's office, intended to restrict wand usage by Suspected Terrorists, passed with just over a 2/3 majority. As our readers will recall, last week week a similar bill was rejected on the grounds of unlawful broadness, and was returned to the Minister's office after extensive editing from the Wizengamot's legal staff. The new bill, now limited
to Suspected Terrorists charged and convicted of committing violent crimes against the Ministry or its employees, goes into effect Monday. STs with clear violations will be notified by owl to make immediate appointments with the Ministry,
while others will be required to make appointments with their case-workers over a two-week period to have their records reviewed. No statement has yet been made on if a method for reacquiring a confiscated wand will be established.
