Oliver grinned wide as she babbled, lifting a hand to scrub over her mouth lest she look up and think he was smirking at her. Girls didn't like that shite. He tried to put on a sober expression as he spoke next.
"So things I should remember: you don't date, but you aren't a cheap bird when you do," Oliver trailed off, smirk returning in full force. "So take you somewhere nice if I can convince you that you should go on the date in the first place?"
And Oliver wondered when he'd gone from teasing to asking her out... in a roundabout sort of way. But she was cute, and funny. He liked that.
