"You don't have to ignore them, just don't invite them over." Which was easily translated to 'Don't you dare fucking flirt!'. Yes, she was possessive and it surprised the hell out of Tracey. She wasn't that type of witch. She'd never felt overly territorial about Blaise and even when Marcus had admitted that he and her husband were lovers, she didn't have that sudden and defensive urge to defend what she considered hers. But here, when it was just the two of them, newlyweds even if few people knew it, she wanted to have Isaac all to herself.
"I like anything," she answered with a grin. Whiskey, wine, even those distilled muggle liquors were tasty. Tracey moved closer too, sharing his menu rather than bothering with her own. They sat side by side, their legs touching. It was odd to consider Isaac, a wizard she'd just spent the last week having sex with, making her nervous here when they were just having dinner. The rules didn't apply. She had no idea what he expected from her or their relationship, especially out in public.
His question surprised her but she didn't show it. "My week was good. Hectic. I didn't get enough sleep." She blushed at that, unable to help herself as to the reason why she'd not slept enough. "I did. He invited me out to try the half-pitch. They have a beautiful home. I'm sure you miss staying there now." Tracey cleared her throat in a subtle statement that she knew. She knew everything but she didn't want to discuss that at the dinner table out in public. Laughing, her eyes twinkled with her answer. "Let him?" she scoffed. "What do you take me for? You're the one that wanted me to take the Montague name. I'm your wife. If I'm going to wear it, I'm going to own it and hell no would I let someone beat me." Tracey was grinning but not admitting she had lost. "I'm pretty sure Marcus cheats anyway," she teased.
