George was browsing in the advanced charms section of Flourish and Bloots, looking for anything that could help them with this mad plot of Harry's. If he really managed to get the tracking charms down the day before, then George had little time to finish following this hunch of his about the charms. The Ministry would go into overdrive trying to get the charms back in place, so George found himself looking for a copy of a book he'd seen cited in one of his other charms texts, and if book's contents were anything like he hoped they were, he might just have a real working idea—he'd had to try it, and Luna promised to be a test subject, but really. He rather liked Luna, so he'd rather not screw up on a mate.
George pulled the book down from the shelf and leaned against the shelf, cracking the book open as he began to thumb through it. Now the other book had been talking about the displacement of certain layers of a charm to disrupt the charm from the inside. George's face grew quite serious as he started to read the chapter headings, hoping he hadn't just wasted a half hour looking for this book for nothing.
