"No, just the hexed bludgers today," Terence called out in reply before he caught sight of one of the snitches he'd let loose and sped after it. Practice was serious business, and he was glad that Isaac's new wife was around to support the team, but he didn't want to lose focus during practice. He needed every minute he could get on the pitch, and he needed to be productive. So much pressure with the team rested on his shoulders, and since his accident, that weight just seemed to grow heavier and heavier. He didn't want to disappoint the team or their fans, but much more, Terence didn't want to disappoint his family.
The team spent some more time flying drills, coordinating plays, doing more work with the bludgers, and by the time it was over, Terence was totally exhausted. However, being tired and sweaty didn't excuse him from being polite-- he still needed to congratulate the new Mrs. Montague on her recent and sudden marriage.
"Congratulations on your wedding, Mrs. Montague," Terence said, breathing hard as he flew back over to the stands. He might not have thought of Tracey as being equal with either of his cousins, but she was their friend, so she deserved his respect. "Thank you for showing your support for the team as well," he added with a not as he began to pull his gloves off his hands.
