Who: Gabrielle Delacour & Percy Weasley What: Lunch and talking When: Saturday, around lunch Where: A park Rating: Low Status: Incomplete
Gabrielle was running a little late. It had taken her longer to order at the Thai restaurant than she'd thought it would; she was unfamiliar with Thai food, but she'd planned on simply asking for a recommendation. Between her accent (which always came out more with unfamiliar words), the owner's accent, and her lack of knowledge about the cuisine, it had taken a little while to figure out what she'd be most likely to enjoy. She was a little wary anyway; she'd always heard that Thai food was pretty spicy, which was why she'd never tried it. She'd simply gotten the most popular dish for Percy, since he hadn't told her specifically what he wanted.
She'd forgotten to wear a watch, so she wasn't even entirely sure how late she was when she arrived at the park. She was sure it couldn't be more than ten minutes and surely Percy wouldn't have given up on her that quickly. She was carrying the bag of food and a second one with bottled tea, and she was half-concentrating on keeping it steady as she looked around for him. She didn't trust the dishes not to leak if they tipped.
