Astoria grinned at his protective movement. She might not be a fan of the creatures and they certainly made her nervous but she wasn't so undignified that she would shriek in terror or flee. Perhaps she had gave that impression, something unfortunate indeed, but it was a bit different than the truth. Astoria watched as the horse came closer, a pretty tan thing with white spots.
"Don't fall off and don't get near their mouths. That's the basic jest of it, yes?" Astoria shifted from one foot to the other, not liking the feeling of being uniformed. "Yes, perhaps you should. Especially if it's any more complicated than that."
