Astoria was still sporting purple hair. She had seen others grumbling that tampering with it made it worse and it wasn't a risk she was willing to take. Astoria was painfully conservative about her appearance and it had taken twenty minutes to convince herself to meet Theodore. Had it been anyone else she would have cancelled altogether. She wasn't going to be another whining Pureblood in a sea of whining Purebloods. She had too much of that lately, she knew. She was tired of complaining and whining and she was ready to put a smile on her face. Yes, her hair was purple and finding an outfit was nearly impossible but she could look good with or without purple hair.
She wore jeans and a fitted top, practically muggle and she felt out of place in the clothes. It was necessary, she knew, and it was one more thing not to like about horse riding. With her monstrous hair in a tight braid she knew she looked the part, even if this whole endeavor made her nervous. It was worth it to see Theo smile, maybe even relax. She hated how stressed he seemed.
"Theodore, you made it! And you're dressed up," she said, eying his attire. She kissed his cheek in greeting, mentally scolding herself for not dressing up more. "You look handsome, as always. I hope this place suits you, it came with excellent recommendations." There hadn't been an accident here since it opened. She had double checked.
