"Muggleborn? Did we go to school with her?" Alicia tried to think of who it could have been. She couldn't think of anyone off the top of her head, especially anyone who had a kid with no father. Okay, so bastard kids were the new hip thing but she couldn't think of anyone she knew with that age of a child. "I'll get her a broom then, can't hurt."
"Why wouldn't you be suitable? I'd take a shower before I went but you'll be fine. Can't imagine what they'd do. Check out your flat to make sure you don't have a dungeon or do a blood test to make sure you're not going to be shooting up instead of taking her to school. Not like you'd have a problem with either of those." She wanted to ask him why he was so sure it was his when he hadn't even taken the test. There seemed to be a reason so she would trust him on it. The test would decide for sure even without her questions.
Fuck, she hadn't thought of that. The Weasley's weren't as possibly with the Ministry as they use to be and this could be leverage. "Look, you're not an ST, right? You run an honest business and you're a war hero. It will be okay, yeah? Kid's not a pureblood. You'll get your girl. We'll see to it, I promise." Bloody hell, he really wanted her. It was strange to watch him be so concerned about someone he never met. "I'll keep it a secret. Want me to go with you to get your test? Just so you're not alone...or whatever."
