It made her smile to think that she could help him. She did do those things but he was right, it was simply what they were supposed to do. He would have done the same for her without thinking. "You'd have us. Father would put you in charge of something with the team, he wouldn't leave you to rot. I wouldn't let him."
The thought made her frown. She didn't want to share him, he was her personal protector. She supposed he was right, she wouldn't need him as much but it was hard to imagine such a time. "I'll still need you. Maybe we wont have much time but we'll have some? No one understands me like you do." Maybe Daphne but not as much, things were too different now and they saw things in different ways. "I don't want to talk about it anymore."
