"It's good to have a plan for these sorts of things." When all you wanted to be was a wife and mother you had certain things planned out. It was fun to imagine traveling and the places you'd see. It was the only thing that kept her sane some days. "He gets to decide everything else for the rest of our lives, I should get my dream wedding and honeymoon." She swatted away his hand when he messed up her hair, knowing she looked atrocious as is. "If you want to see lions put a bunch of Gryffindors in a room with a free sandwich. Same ending."
"I don't take care of you, you take care of me" she said with a look. "And if I did it wouldn't be a job. You're reliable, you're good. It's never work to be around you." Her sister on the other hand was a completely different story. She was ignoring his recent stint in the hospital, it still made her sick to think about it.
She curled into his warmth, letting herself be surrounded in the safe bubble that was his presence. He always knew how to make her feel better. She brought his hand up to give it a kiss before sighing contently against his chest. "Thank you, Terence. Do you ever think there will be a day when we don't do this? When you're married or I'm married? It's an odd thought, isn't it?"
