Neville left Oliver and Charlie and made his way to the bar. “Minister?”
“Mister Longbottom.” Kingsley raised his glass. “Care to enlighten me?’
“Helping a friend.” Neville had hoped that would have been understood.
“Ah! Charlie Weasley is interested in Wood.” He nodded.
“Surely you didn’t think I was.” Anymore, he added silently.
“No, I suspected not. I imagined that you find control to be an aphrodisiac, or in your case giving up control; and in mine, taking it. I should think we’d be ideally suited. Wouldn’t you Boy?”
Neville nodded, grateful the bar hid the burgeoning tent in his robes.
