Horon wasn't exactly as forthcoming as she'd hope he'd be considering the threat she'd given him. Not that she would have followed through. She was afraid, but it was very much below her to command someone to take their own life. If there was a threat at all it would be dealt with by her, or perhaps by Koe. But as of right now the only threat was that Horon and Mirram knew what it was that Koe and Vedette really were. Kow had said Vedette was her real name, she was thankfully for that. It seemed to her that names were quite powerful things. She had given Koe her real name because she felt like she could trust him. Not just because of what he was, but because she felt a closer connection to him. She stared at the space between them and Horon.
He'd simply left his temple. But kept the vows? The promises? Odd.
Very odd. But not a question he seemed willing to elaborate on, at least yet. She wasn't sure she wanted to know. Vedette cleared her throat. "What are you fighting, what did we fight, Sir Horon?" She said softly. The fact that Koe was making frustrated noises made caused concern to well up inside of her.
"I... don't understand what you mean by a beast who came from another time. It certainly felt.. evil. But.." She could only shrug. She certainly wasn't as worldly as them.
