"I watched it two years ago, I found it interesting. So many people showed up and some of them simply could not aim."
Ithacles nodded but didn't say anything. He'd actually been beaten in the final exhibition that year, earning second place. He hadn't been too upset by the loss considering his competition was a Lieutenant in an archer's brigade and had been known to bring targets down at incredible distances. Losing to the best wasn't really quite the same as just losing.
"What had you wandering around the lawns, Prince Ithacles?"
"Oh," he said, waving his scroll. "Nothing you should be too concerned with. I was studying a few documents. And yourself?"
