My name is Morgayn and I'm a Livejournal refugee. Very much enjoying the general atmosphere here, but feeling a little lonely, so....

Interests: I'm a Trekkie, original series mainly. I like far too many books to list -- I sort of live in denial of having grown up, so most of them are things I read when I was much smaller. I enjoy '70s music (mainly rock, smattering of other things.) I'm studying computer engineering, so of course I'm into computers. I'm a Berkeley-spinoff liberal, concerned with all manner of issues, particularly equality issues. I'm a member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) which is a mystic sect of Christianity. Oh, and I'm queer. These are most of the topics I discuss on a regular basis. See also: my interests list on my profile.

Likes: People who write in coherent English (o español, porque lo estudio y necesito practicar) with paragraph breaks, particularly those who cut long posts. People who share interests, obviously, but also those who disagree intelligently, because debate's fun. Most people, actually.

Dislikes: Hate speech/bigotry of any kind. People who think it's cool to be "politically incorrect." Having more than half of my friendspage taken up by quizzes or images/videos posted by the same person (please, three posts a day on average is too much.) Excessive capslock, exclamations, or "lol"s.

Hello, I'm Stevie, or you can call me Andy. Either is fine. I'm interested in meeting new people on IJ as I'm starting fresh in everything but what I like to do (and dislikes of course). So here a bit about me:

Interests: Some of the things are anime, video games, roleplaying, writing, Student of Bible (I would LOVE to be friends who do the same thing), Jesus, sports (Rock climbing, scuba diving, wake boarding, aggressive skating, snowboarding are some of my favorites), reading, manga, Graphic Designing, drawing, and more can be found in my profile: interests. =)

Dislikes: While I like anime/manga and fandom in general, I don't like to see posts that are devoted completely to them, I want to know you! So if your journal is always about anime or manga, I don't want to friend that. Another thing I don't want to see on my friend's list is excessive talk about your bedroom habits. Little is okay, as long it's under a cut. I also don't want to see high school drama because they're annoying to read. Also, I don't tolerate homophobia, racists, and all that jazz. I may be a Christian, but I'm not one of those who yell "YE BE DAMNED IN HELL IF YOU [insert word like 'are gay]" types of people.

Likes: What I do like to see on Friend's page is talking about yourself and life in general, talking about your walk with Christ is also a plus. So basically anything else not listed in Dislike is great. Also, if you like cosplay, it works too.

And if you friend based on gender and age, I'm 20 years old, female and in college, majoring Graphic Design. I also have created an asylum, cosplay which is self-explanatory.
