Characters: Cal Fawcett, Elodie Chevalier Setting: Hogsmeade Summary: Ah, a romantic date in Hogsmeade. Status: Complete
"After you, my lady," Cal said in polite French, holding the door open for Elodie and letting the warmth of the tea room wash over their cold faces, the scent of tea and coffee heavy in the air. He gave a half bow, smiling widely. They had managed to find time alone in the castle together - not always the easiest of propositions, even considering the size of the school - but this was the first time they had been able to go somewhere new since the summer.
Madam Puddifoot's wasn't the swankiest of places in the world, but it was cosy and did good cakes. Afterwards, Cal wanted to take Elodie on a walk around the edge of the village to take in the country views and maybe share a few of the local legends. Provided she wasn't too cold, of course. Unlike the hardy Durmstrang visitors, the Beauxbatons students weren't quite used to the Scottish weather.
"Let's take a table at the back," he whispered to Elodie, hand resting gently on the small of her back.
