Hey everyone! Courtney here to introduce you all to Brian Braddock, aka Captain Britain.

After the Weapon X incident, Brian decided that it was time for Betsy to come home where it's safe. Since she refused to do, so he decided the only way to keep her safe is to enroll at the Xavier institute.

Although his only reason for being at the mansion is to watch out for Betsy and a be an overbearing brother (a very, very overbearing brother), he'll be using this time as an opportunity to reinvent himself. Pre-Captain Britain Brian was a studious loner. He's now trying to be the outgoing, confident socialite he thinks Captain Britain should be both in and out of the costume. When he first arrives at the mansion, he'll have alpha male syndrome, but he'll mellow out a bit when (or if) he realizes he doesn't have to prove himself.

No one but he and his sister know that Brian Braddock is really nationally acclaimed Captain Britain and he wants to keep it this way. While he's at the mansion he'll be living a double life and flying off to randomly save Britain from disaster, because it's his duty. I doubt in a school filled with mind reading telepaths and people with enough intelligence to notice Brian disappears a lot this will stay a secret forever.

	Brian should get along great with Sean. He respects all of his teachers. I really think he would get along with Remy, but Remy' reputation as a flit makes Brian view him as a possible threat and rival, so second Remy tries anything with his poor, blind, helpless sister Brian will break his face. Jean-Paul says that there are never enough British dreamboats around here. Well, he could do without the British part, but w/e, he doesn't value pretty boys for their nationalities. :P He might flirt unashamedly or might just admire from afar. It really depends what kind of first impression he gets. I DON'T KNOW. He's hard to predict.

Angelo, predictably, will be welcoming and offer his help everywhere. I don't know how well he'd really get along with Brian, but we can sure find out!

Aaand I think Kevin's reaction to (eventually) finding out Brian is a real live superhero already will be hilarious -- somewhere between disbelief, scorn, well-hidden jealousy, and WTF. ;) Either way, he won't like him as he doesn't like most people and will avoid him, I'm sure.

I'm not quite sure how Brian will react to Jean-Paul either. He's not homophobic. He may even like the attention slightly. Unless of course someone else teases him about and then he may go out of his way to prove he's not gay.

Kevin reminds him of how he used to be before he became Captain Britain. He'll go out of his way to try to befriend Brian, because he thinks he understands him. Of course he doesn't, but he'll still try very, very hard to make Kevin open up.

	More British people! :D Jono will not be a huge fan of Brian (as is the case with most everyone), but maybe they can bond over football sometime? Unless they like opposing teams XD Either way, we should totes thread :D (Reply to this) (Thread)

TWIN POWERS ACTIVATE!!! <3 <3 <3

Betsy will LOVE that her twin is with her again! That is, until a boy tries to ask her out on a date and she remembers that psychic link thing she and Brian share. Meaning Brian tosses the poor bloke out a window. XD And she's going to love coming up with alibis for her brother when he runs off to save the homeland!

And with Tandy... let the shameless flirting begin! Though Miss Tandy will be oblivious to it all and Tyrone might raise a few words about that... we'll have to wait and see when Megan returns. <3

XD Betsy is probably going to hate Brian very soon or at least want to hate him. You know how over protective he'll be, but he means well and blames himself for her condition. I want really out there alibis after awhile.

Tandy's a pretty girl from an upstanding family (kind of), he has to flirt with her. He'll probably back off once he realizes she's with Tyrone. He has enough honor to know not to mess with another guy's girl, maybe.

Awww, Betsy could never hate her favorite twin! Sure she'll try to evade him every now and then, but it's only out of love! Patience of a saint, right? >.> Oh, believe me... the alibis will be insane. <3

Tandy respects him having honor (maybe) as does, I'm sure, Tyrone. Tandy will probably look up the him as well once his secret identity is outed since she loves adventures and will constantly be asking him to share stories. XD

Regan is all over this like flies on honey, I swear to you. But of course, she'll play all hard-to-get.

Brian and Laynia can definitely connect about secret identities and lament about super hero woes and duties (eventually, when both their secrets are out.)

Julian will try to out-asshole him in public, then be totally "WOW" when he reveals/it's revealed he's a super hero.

Cal... is Cal, probably digs his muscles but ~~he's no Warren Worthington (bait) or Scott Summers!~~ she's a teacher so she's very devil-may-care about all of it. She finds people with a sass lip refreshing, but he better pull his head out of his ass around her or she'll have to beatdown his British ego.

Brian thinks Regan is the perfect girl for him. Expect a lot of flirting.

Can Brian and Laynia run into each other in costume somehow? Like while fighting crime. Not sure how this will happen, since he fights crime across the pond.

Brian is going to trounce Julian.

He'll be very polite and charming with Cal since she's a teacher and his elder. He'll be a prick to almost everyone else, but he was taught to respect his elders.

Cal won't have any problems then! She'll even turn a blind eye (I'm so cruel lol) to him being an ass to others students, the kids need it sometimes! Toughens 'em up!!!

I'm sure we could come up with some excuse/reason for Laynia and Brian to figure each other out. Laynia has her costume here, too, for you know... home world comfort and emergencies. I don't know how worldly Brian is with other super hero organizations, but the Winter Guard is kind of a big deal - think like... the equivalent of the Avengers? - Just Russian. With the European Union (even though Russia is excluded, former soviet republics *are* included like Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, etc, etc). So I assume the European community would be aware of Russia's heroes, and likewise Laynia would be aware of Captain Britain's existence - though I doubt the two have crossed paths before. We'll have to think on it and work something epic out!

	Like a bunch of the other girls (and JP), Terry's happy she's got another cute boy to flirt with. With a hot accent, even better! XD She'll also be highly amused with his alpha male syndrome and the various clashes with other guys in the school.
