Hey there, team! This is Callirhoe again (I know, I know, I was JUST HERE, but this is important, guuuys) with a new guy. Please welcome Angelo Espinosa, known as Skin, into your midst. Angelo's 23, so among the oldest of the students here, and taking college-level courses in computer science at the academy with FORGE (whom Angelito thinks is totally badass). He can't very easily go to the university in town because, well, his skin is all grey and saggy and he looks really weird in his normal state. The upside of this is that he can actually control his extra skin, of which he has about six feet, and shift it, compress it, stretch it, and shape it according to his will. Yeah. He thinks it's pretty awesome, too.

Angelo, who loves nicknames and will answer to just about anything including but not limited to Angelito, Angie, Skin, Chulito, Grandmaster Fly, and City Boy, is a ladies' man, a total flirt and smooth talker, and a nice guy. Being one of the oldest students on campus, he's got a sort of big-brother attitude, especially toward the kids who have, shall we say, "different" appearances. He's got a good sense of humor and jokes a lot, but a lot of that is so that he can avoid facing his demons, which are very real and very serious: he was a gang member in LA before his mutation manifested, his father was killed when he was young due to gang violence, and Angelo actually faked his own death in a drive-by in order to escape undetected after his skin went all crazy on him. BUT he mostly keeps all of that to himself, and nobody except his BFF (Jono, y/y?) might know all that. In general he's an outgoing guy with a smile for everyone and a joke or absurd story up his sleeve at all times. He's been around the school for years, so he probably knows just about everybody, and I'd love to make some connections! Especially: Jono, Paige, Jubilee, fellow college students, fellow Spanish speakers, fellow old-school video game lovers, pretty girls, and anybody who'd like him. 	Yeah, definitely! If there's one thing Angelo loves, it's a pretty girl who's actually of age, since this school is just SWARMING with jailbait. :P I'm sure they'll get along. (Reply to this) (Parent)

As for my other characters, Josh and Pietro are both fellow college students so I'm totally open for some plot there! Josh and his roomie Alex are partyers so I'm sure they hang out with Angelo. And Kurt is quite a bit younger but they can bond in the "not passable for human" department!

<333 I'm so happy you're so happy! They make sort of an odd pair, but I think it'll work. We should most definitely thread! Angelo has his own room (so he never has to do the hanger-on-doorknob trick, ACE), so anytime Jono gets booted out of his own room he can come hang with his bro Ange. And play video games. And do whatever. It'll be great. <3

I think Angelo would definitely get along with Josh (and Alex)! They can chat about the ladies. I'm not really sure how much he'd like Pietro as a person, but he's pretty easygoing most of the time, so I don't think they'd have any problems. And Angelo would definitely like Kurt and treat him like a little bro and hang out with him when the normal kids go out to town or wherever. :)

OMG YAY ANGELO. You just made Tori's day. Week, even. XD And mine, too!

Rogue probably hasn't interacted with him much, as she totally keeps to herself. She's only been at the school since Halloween. Wanda would be friendly, but she's a bit of a recluse herself. I bet they know each other, as they're fairly close in age. Sooraya I'm sure would be very polite to him, if they met. Logan probably likes the kid, so long as he doesn't get on his bad side.

Paige, I'm sure, LOVES him. ^^ Y'know.

I think he'd not really know what to make of Rogue, and be sort of keeping his distance while he figures that out? But he'd be friendly, because he can't really turn that off. :) Wanda, I think, he'd hit on but not be offended by a brush-off. He probably respects Sooraya as he respects all religious women and, because he was raised a good Catholic boy, might think of her as sort of like a very young nun, and therefore not to be hit on, NEVER EVER. :P And Logan! HM. Angelo has a thing about authority figures where he doesn't really trust them, but then Logan... isn't really your typical teacher man. He'd probably be all right with him, overall, even if he tends not to follow instructions very well.

AND PAIGE! His thoughts about her are, in order: 1) pretty girl; 2) his best friend's girl = no touching; 3) okay, fine, let's just be friends. But he will never stop the flirting. ;P Oh, and he canonly calls her "mijita" and teases her a lot, which I find really freaking adorable. Those are my thoughts. <3

Wanda probably wouldn't brush him off, but she probably wouldn't understand about the flirting. XD She's cute like that. ^^

Sooraya is incredibly thankful for the respect, and would absolutely show it back in return. She'd be subservient to him, because that's how she was raised.

Logan pretty much ignores the kids that bother him. I doubt he'd ignore Angelo. ^^

YAY MIJITA! We'll ignore the huge age difference. ;) Paige will go a little red and flustery at the flirtation and teasing... but she's probably used to it by now. And when she and Jono are in one of their "off-again" phases, she'll probably go to Angelo and be like "wtf?" Only... without the f because Paige doesn't swear. XD

Yeah, the age difference is a thing, isn't it? But really, to be honest, Angelo missed out on a LOT of his youth, and he only got his high school diploma like two years ago. He's lived a lot in terms of really tough adult experience, but he's still a kid in a lot of ways, and I think that shows in that he relates so well with people younger than him.

ANYWAY. I ramble, I ramble. Angelo says Paige can come be all "wtf" at him whenever she wants. He's cool with that, and loyalty to Jono or not, he'd help her out too. He's a helpful guy, and it's all good. :)

	Rambling is a-okay! ^_^ I mean, it totally makes sense that he's living out bits of missed childhood and all. I think a lot of the mutants at the school are doing that. Yay Angelo!

BANSHEE CAN BE COOL WITH HIM YES? XD I mean, Sean tries to be cool with everyone, but he'd think very highly of Angelo and his attitude on life. (He also loves talking with kids in foreign languages, so he can chat him up in Spanish!)

Remy sees other flirts as good friends and likes having friendly competitions. Especially when he's on the rebound (like right now), so I can see him as going to hang out with Angelo in hopes of his day being a little brighter for it.

Vanessa actually knows Spanish, too. I... I don't know why I assumed she did when I picked her up, but it stuck. Also, she's a very pretty lady (leggy, busty, and fit - and blue sometimes, but...) and could use some cheering up most of the time lately it seems.

Dunno about Jay. He has a hard time associating with people in his class. But if you're game for it, we could see if the two could have a big-brother/little-brother relationship, since Jay would get a chance to know him through Jono, and he is still not very happy with his own big brother.

Oh, awesome! Angelo misses his home like whoa, so he'd love to chat with Sean in Spanish. And he likes that Sean is pretty low-key and not all teachery all the time, so I think they'd get along even though Angelo is not a big fan of authority figures in general. ;)

I think Angelo would get on with Remy as well, even if Jono isn't so much impressed with the kid. :P He can definitely come and shoot the breeze with Angelo anytime, and they SHOULD have friendly competitions over the lay-deeees. :D

I love that Vanessa knows Spanish -- that's a big plus in Angelo's book! Also, she's hot. The blue skin is no detraction for him, and he figures with his looks, it's not fair to be colorist. He'd be glad to cheer her up ANY time.

I'd love it if Angelo looked after Jay like a big brother. Seriously. He's so much better at dealing with other people's problems than his own, and he'd definitely want to chat and help Jay figure out his stuff. <3

Bobby's been around the school for years too, and was once the youngest student here. So that's definitely someone to have a big brother complex about? At any rate, their personalities would definitely work together, especially if he's already friends with Josh and Alex. I can see Angelo being far smoother with the ladies than Bobby obviously is though.

Sofia is ALL UP IN DA SPANISH, especially since she's only been Stateside for a year and at the school two weeks. Of course I've been told Venezuelan Spanish isn't the exact same as 'Spanish' to friends I know from Mexico much like UK English to American English. But, eh! I'm hardly a scholar in that stuff, so we can handwave. She's all super flirty but also super jailbait. Sorry, Angie-O. She'll crush anyway though. Sofia isn't really good with romantic and crush boundaries.

Neena would really get along with him. They're around the same age and she loves honing her flirting skills and having fun with guys. She prefers to hang out with them over girls. Hell, there could have even been a one-time thing there. She doesn't steady date on principle, but that's a possibility from the past if you wanted it.

I imagine Warren is fine with Angelo, though I'm not sure how or if they've interacted much. Warren tends to be like a shepherd of the high school girls. He's great with older students and adults though, provided they can stand his ego and belief he's their peer despite his age (he's 18).

Rahne's been in and out of the school, but she's back and a college student now. She mostly keeps to herself, but gets EASILY flustered by the flirts - so Angelo should clearly not leave her alone.

	HE IS A BRO BY DEFAULT! Srsly. Alex welcomes him with open arms, probably because he makes Alex laugh. TOTALLY COOL. But he doesn't understand half the Spanish he says but whatever, Alex thinks it's super rad. I wish I had more to put but I feel the first line says it all <3 (Reply to this)
