Intro Time!
Hey there!

I'm Anne, and I'll be taking over the role of Tandy Bowen/Dagger. I've done a bit of RPing on gaia but I'm always looking for suggestions if anyone has any on improving my writing. Also I've never used InsaneJournal or LiveJournal, so if anyone has any tips I'm more than open to them. ^^

My AIM is iolith737 and if I'm online I'm probably available to talk.

Tandy is a good natured, trusting, and open girl who dearly wants to make close friends. But be forewarned- Tandy has an adventurous side and a 'leap before you look' philosophy that is bound to lead to trouble on more than one occasion.

Tandy joined the Institute probably about half way through her junior year and probably knows a quite a few people, even if her late addition to the Institute probably made her a little out of place originally. By now she probably fits in relatively well with her class.

Hey Anne! Welcome to the game :) A Gaia veteran too? Same here! I'm new to this LJ/IJ-style as well, but you'll pick it up relatively fast. My sn is id devlin , feel free to ping anytime for chat/plots/whatever.

Regan is going to love taking advantage of that naïve nature whenever the opportunity strikes, because shes a manipulative bitch and that's just how she rolls. They probably wont run into each other too much, but when they do... you'll see. ;) Regan can be a real riot, but she can also be your worst nightmare. It all depends on how you fall in her court.

Julian will think Tandy's hot stuff, probably hit on her a whole lot. He seems to dig dancers (probably because they're so flexible *COUGH*). He'll come off as a huge prick, but maybe she'll see the good (somewhere) in him?

Callisto is a teacher, so though she wont have much interaction with Tandy outside of the classroom, she's there for all the kids. She's fairly open with everyone, and her classes are easy going (she teaches gym). She's running a Danger Room session today (Thursday IC) if you want to have Tandy join in :) - let me know! Just gotta sign up on Cal's journal.

Howdy! I'm new here to the game myself, so yay, newbies! Anyway, I'm Amanda and I just recently started playing as Pyro, who I'm playing as a sort of movie/comic hybrid. To be completely honest, I have no idea how John would react to Tandy. He's enough of a douchebag to realize she's too trusting and deliberately use that against her in some way (even if it's just to play head games or whatnot). At the same time, though, there's something about someone being so trusting that might just send him to the opposite extreme and make him want to take it easier on her than he does with everyone else, maybe even try to "protect" her, as much as John's actually capable of protecting anyone.

So. Yeah, I'm clueless, but I guess we'll just have to see how they interact before I can figure out if John's going to be a heartless douchebag or a slightly less mean-spirited, chauvinistic douchebag instead. ;)

Welcome and nice to meet you! I'm Teresa and I play Theresa Cassidy/Siryn. I'm pretty new to IJ too, so no worries! Like Lynn said, it's really easy to pick up.

Theresa probably gets along with Tandy pretty well, but she's not really the type to make close friends. She'll definitely encourage Tandy to make friends and be social (and probably try to get her to party a little), but they won't be best friends by any stretch of the imagination.

Yay Anne! It's Tori :D Welcome to the game! I've got four characters:

Kurt/Nightcrawler: Friendly with everyone and he's been around a few years so I'm sure he's hung out with Tandy before. He will definitely think she's pretty and I think the two have similar personalities so they'd get along well
Jono/Chamber: Not friendly with everyone lol. He's a loner for the most part, the resident emo/angst guy (along with Cloak of course lol). He's only been at the few months so they probably really only know each other in passing.
Josh/Elixir: is one of the college boys. He's friendly and definitely fliratious at times.
Pietro/Quicksilver: also a college kid and a jerk often times.

I'm open for plot with any of my characters pretty much whenenver! If you need help just ask!

	Hi! Welcome to the game. I'm Mark and I have three guys here. Doug Ramsey is a typical nice guy nerd. Piotr Rasputin is a sensitive gentle giant type. He's also senior so they might have some interactions. Shiro Yoshida is a big jerk basically. That's all, if you want to play with any of them I'm open for just about anything so ping me on aim. Hey Anne! Welcome. I'm Wes and I've got four characters here:

Bobby/Iceman is a loudmouth and a prankster, but he just wants everyone to love him. His personality may compliment Tandy's sometimes. And if he was ever too much, he would go to great lengths to win her attention/friendship back. Looking for friends, Tandy? Bobby will add you on Facespace within five seconds.

Warren/Angel is a charmer and he's friends with pretty much every girl in the school. He's nice and complimentary to Tandy, I imagine. He's in and out of the school a lot so not all of his friendships are strong, but he has a lot.

Rahne/Wolfsbane is very reserved and sweet. She would be very polite and gracious toward Tandy much like anyone else. She has a slight 'nag' to her personality, so a lot of Tandy's 'act first' moves might be frowned upon by her.

Neena/Domino also has a 'leap before you look' personality, as well as a mild interest in dancing. Granted, she's not trained. She just likes shaking her ass at a party. So even though she's in college, there's some commonality there.
