Academy X OOC Community

I'm so so very sorry about delaying introducing Jubilee. I've been distracted with some crisis at work that involved a handful of meeting in and out of work to resolve. I've also been suffering from some nasty sinus headaches due to some crazy changes in weather. Luckily, things finally seem to be turning around and I hopefully like to get a post in for her tonight if that's okay. I really am sorry for the delay!
