As charming as this was, Narcissa couldn't have the children standing in her office forever as they smiled at each other, Celeste blushed, and neither of them disentangled their clasped hands. They all had a lot of work to do in the next month. There would be plenty of time for besotted gazing later.
She cleared her throat delicately, causing Celeste to jump slightly and finally let go of Laurence's hand.
