Loki was so buzzing he was a little slow on the uptake in noticing how exhausted Stephen looked. “Don’t worry, we’ve got it if anything else happens,” he said to Strange, a note of worry in his voice. It took a lot, but Loki did know what magical exhaustion felt like and it was not pleasant.
When the coyote suddenly came running back to Theo, Loki couldn’t help but smile. He didn’t have much affinity with animals himself, but he had to admit, this one definitely had good taste.
“Camp is definitely a good idea,” Loki agreed as he once again eyed Stephen. He wasn’t going to say anything outright, he was sure it was obvious to all of them how much that had taken out of Strange. “And I agree, looking for the bus should take priority after some rest. As for the information, I will pass it off to Tony. Someone over there should know.” Might as well be the person Loki thought of as the more appropriate leader. He could only hope when their intel got back to Steve, it wouldn’t just be dismissed because of where it came from.
