Re: Steve/John
"I know, but not on the get go. I know better than to ask for the directions of their base before we even rescue them," he said with a smile. "Let's rescue them and if we have to stay somewhere close by before they bring us in, then we do that." It was what people didn't seem to grasp. Once they left here, there would be more death and starvation, except that it'd be hidden.
"I can't say I know LA that well, but the Hollywood sign was a big thing when I was little. It was the movies, with no words, no color, but a whole new world anyway." He stared for a moment and then nodded. "I won't ask you how. If you can, let me know. We need to move quickly. I'm not even afraid of Skynet, because if they discover us, we fight. I'm afraid of the prisoners and losing their trust completely. I can't imagine they trust us as is."
He nodded. "We did, about ten minutes ago." Before he walked off in a tiff." Steve started to laugh, but had to cut himself, because of the looks he got. "Oh, we're good at boom," he added with a grin. "Even Draco, who usually wants nothing to do with us and our plan, is eager to set them all on fire. I think it's revenge for letting him sleep on a floor."
