Peter nodded thoughtfully. "You gotta push stuff like that," he agreed. He probably shouldn't be so closely considering the holodeck when he'd just been kidnapped, but it did sound cool...
"Uh, I dunno. Like, six hours?" Peter guessed. He hadn't actually been watching the clock. But this lady seemed nice, anyway. Perhaps that was why he began talking, one word running quickly into the next. "I was at school and then I wasn't - It was just like bam. So I went to the room that grumpy guy told me to, the conductor? And there was a phone there and I looked at that for a bit but then there was a message from Cap - uh, Steve Rogers. And he's from the same place as me, so I thought - better come out and have a look, you know? In case of... catfish..."
He winced a little as he trailed off, caught somewhere between embarrassment and relief at finding someone who seemed to know what was happening. After all, it wasn't quite the weirdest thing that had happened to Peter, but it was up there. He nodded. "Uh, New York. Queens."
