"People are all unique, that doesn't make me any more inclined in getting to know them." In fact, he didn't think that they were any more special than the people at home. Just the fact that they didn't have magic made them less interesting.
"This isn't your home, though," he said with a little frown. He couldn't imagine having a party just to show off the manor. He'd have even less inclination when it was someone else's house, no matter how much magic he put into it. "Only people who don't have house-elves say that. I'm perfectly alright with easier."
Draco shrugged again. "She's helpful. For someone who's throwing a party because there are unique people, you don't spend a lot of time with the locals. I'd rather talk to them than the people with whom we're stuck on that bus." He went out of his way to avoid them on the bus and he certainly wasn't going to be their friend when they landed somewhere. "I'm almost tempted to stay behind again, but it is too cold for me. And there's no cleaning crew. My housekeeping spells are non-existent."
