Re: Draco/Elphaba
"It is what it is," Elphaba replied shortly. She was hardly about to lament the difficulties of growing up green to a stranger. Or anyone at all, for that matter. What was done was done, and Oz hang her if she was about to start whinging about it.
"I wonder what happened to him," she mused instead. It seemed an easier task to locate one, from the sounds of it, rather distinctive man than mess around building and bewitching, but there it was. She had never even heard of Christmas until a few minutes ago, and Elphaba at the very least knew when she was out of her depth.
Following the blonde's gaze, she watched the young girl bouncing around a short distance away. By a clock tick, how many blonde people was she destined to meet? Elphaba had the creeping feeling that 'Sabrina' was the name her housemate through this whole ordeal. And another magic user... they were like rats. You found one, it seemed, and there were another ten right behind them. The green woman's dark gaze darted from one passenger to another.
"I don't think I'll be any help in this department," she said coldly, whirling back to eye the man intently. Perhaps he'd notice the way his question had been dodged, but there was a steely stubbornness to the stare which usually managed to stop too many questions. "I'll have to defer to you and the others on this, it seems."
