Padfoot's head whipped around a shade faster than Sabrina did, seeing the mouse skeleton move. Even though he knew full well that a half-infernal, half-witch (and wasn't that a glorious combination) could handle herself against a tiny mouse skeleton, Padfoot still got in front of Sabrina and bared his teeth to give the skeleton a low, fierce, continuous growl. Seeing it moved like that made him wonder if his claw, too, would start rolling around, but he didn't take his narrowed eyes off the mouse skeleton to check that out.
