Who: Ariel and Sawyer When: September 2nd Where: the restaurant What: Ariel finds a lunch companion.
Ariel had spent the past few days learning everything about the bus. She didn't care about computers or files or any of those things that seem to worry the many men around. She cared about the nice things. She had tried the clothes in the wardrobe. She had tried to figure out the machines in the gym with mixed success. She had swum, but the lack of fish made it boring. She had sampled a lot of the foods here.
Today she decided to check out a few more things, before deciding that it was time for lunch. She went straight for the restaurant, and it was still pretty empty except for a man at a table. She went to get the food and as usual she avoided anything with fish. When she was done, she went straight to the one occupied table.
She could have gone somewhere else, but eating alone was boring. She had also noticed how there were so many men and not a single woman, therefore she knew that she had to get to know them. "Do you mind if I join you," she said with a smile. "I'm Ariel." She put the tray down and took a seat. She didn't even wait for him to stand up; Percy would be horrified by the lack of manners. "What's your name? I'm trying to get to know everyone."
