"There, tall god with black hair, and I do mean god. He's the god of mischief, and he didn't really invite people. He just sent a message to everyone. You'll find that the phone is really useful once you figure out how to use it," she said, grinning.
She nodded. "I try to help people. We were the first so it was a little harder. We were all trying to get our bearings, but now, I don't see why we shouldn't help."
Ariel sat down, realizing that it'd been the right choice, because her head was spinning a little. She needed to stop drinking. Or maybe drink more. "Good, then you can introduce me to her, and if she decides not to come, I'm sure there will be another opportunity.
She nodded. "About that, yes. When we arrived, we were on the bus for a few days and then it just stopped and we were in London. We were there for weeks. Stopped an assassination attempt, before the bus told us that it was time to go. Well, the Conductor told us, but no one wanted to see if we'd really get stuck there. It wouldn't have been good."
