Re: Theo and Loki
Theo understood how Loki felt. Not just only because he had told him much of what had happened with the sacred timeline but he knew how he would feel if he had the same experience. Theo was often reckless and careless but he did take ownership of his own mistakes. When he had to. Purposeful or not. "Sometimes things are just a bit of this and a dash of that," he said knowing most things were never just simple and black or white. Most everything was a mixture or tableau of greys.
It pleased him an extraordinary amount that he hadn't expected when Loki seemed impressed with his efforts. He was even more pleased that the ward he was setting took hold as the last few men left and they were finally alone. "It won't stay closed forever," he said of the door. "If someone tries to force it down it will open. It does buy us some time," he said feeling a flurried mixture of anticipation and want. He couldn't think of much else in the moment.
"Well," he said stepping in closer, "that was the idea." Leaning in he closed the distance between them, softly bringing his lips to brush against Loki as he spoke." I thought they would never leave," he said before finally pressing his pliant lips against Loki's own. His hand found it's way to the back of Loki's neck, pulling him in closer.
