"I have heard that time travel does weird things to brains," he teased, glad that at least this was normal. "It's a good thing that I don't really care if a Weasley knows I exist or not. Unlike you, I am quite happy going unnoticed by Gryffindors." He raised a brow. "Really? You have an awfully high opinion of the bus, Draco. I think it would be exactly smart enough to bring aboard a gaggle of heroes, ready to sacrifice themselves for the greater good."
Theo's eyebrows continued to raise as Draco started ranting about his counterpart's life with Potter. "That makes it even clearer that that Draco wasn't you any more than the Theo that was here was me." He would hex Potter if he got a chance; the man was entirely selfish to have told Draco any of this. "It's possible, and it's possible you'll find many more similarities, but just remember none of that really matters here." That was possibly not very helpful, but anything to keep Draco was dwelling on what might have been.
"Ugh, get away. Personal space, Draco," Theo said, laughing. "Let's concentrate on the idiocy and self-righteousness right now. No need to focus on his more admirable adjectives. Maybe remembering what an idiot he is in all realities will help."
