That had felt like a little too close to prison for her. Even with the choice in worlds, she had been glad to get off the bus. "And trust me, I know all about that." Self-destruction had been her thing for a while, but she was trying to move past it.
Ariel was right, it would be hypocritical, but that didn't stop others from doing just that. Luckily, it seemed like Ariel had a good head on her shoulders. "I can see why that would feel weird.
