Tony stared at Loki for a time, frowning deeply. He had killed countless people, destroyed two cities, and had taken Phil Coulson's life. Thor knew all that, and yet here he was saying his brother was sorry, as if that would make up for everything. Tony wanted to leave Loki there to rot, but it was obviously a two for one deal, and Thor was the only person he knew besides Hulk who could take care of him.
And that sudden realization caused a slow smile to cross his face. Oh. Ohhhh...
"Well, you'll both be staying with me at Stark Tower. With Bruce." He gave Loki a pointed look, then smirked, "by the way, I loved what you did with the floor. Really nice fung shui." He looked to the officer and nodded, then motioned to the door. "Please, I need to take them with me. I'll pay the bail, like I said, but if they've been charged with anything I want those charges dropped. Thor, at least, is an Avenger and a hero. He hasn't done anything wrong.
