Thor and Tony (and Loki, too!)
What: This takes place directly after this post. Thor and Loki get arrested and Thor demands his phone call.
It hadn't taken much for Thor to let the Guardians of Justice push him uncomfortable into their small vehicles with his hands behind his back. Really, all it had taken was the knowledge that while he was distracted (and arguing with the naked man), the Guardians had taken his brother and placed him into the vehicles already.
The rest of the trip was worse. Thor lost sight of his brother once they arrived at a large building. They had taken Loki in one direction, and pushed him to another. They herded him through the building, pressing ink to his fingers and flashing light into his eyes.
It didn't take long for Thor to be nervous (he would never say scared -- Thor would refuse to acknowledge that) and thunder rolled in the distance.
"Weird weather we're having," one of the women said as she stared at a lighted screen. "First sudden clouds and now a storm? I thought strange patterns were for other places."
"It's a nice change," the man who was pushing Thor around said. "Maybe we'll get some rain. My wife's garden could use some since she doesn't water it."
The woman laughed and waved the man and Thor along. "Go on, Dave. We already propped the other one in cell two since he's just a sleeping drunk."
Thor narrowed his eyes at her. "I like not how--"
"Yeah, yeah, save it, buddy." She motioned again. "Just put them together, Dave."
Thor scowled, but let 'Dave' push him along. If being quiet got him to Loki, he would play along for now. And sure enough, Dave pushed him (finally without the cuffs on his wrists) into a barred room. Loki lay on the lone bench and Thor turned to growl at the man.
"Hear me, good sir. If any harm fell onto my brother while you had him--"
"Save it, dude." Dave stepped back and put a hand on his hip. Thor recognize the weapon resting there as a gun, something that looked a bit bigger than what the Lady Widow used. "Look, we don't like crazy drunks in our cells. Do you have family we can contact?"
Their family was in Asgard and Thor knew that particular contact would be impossible. He frowned, wrapping a hand around one of the bars, and wondered if Loki could forgive him. He sighed and decided that they could disappear later. They needed to get out first.
"The Man of Iron is a dear friend of mine. I would like to contact him."
Dave laughed, clutching his stomach. "Iron Man? Nice try, buddy."
"I do not jest..."
It took a while, but eventually Dave took Thor out and brought him to what he recognized to be a phone. He stared at it for a while before Dave got irritated enough to pick it up and dial a few numbers. The phone eventually returned to Thor's hand and he pressed it to his ear (just as Dave had) and listened to the ringing.
And really, once he got past the woman who answered (and recognized him -- Thor still wasn't sure about that) and listened to the ringing as she put him through to Tony, Thor decided that it was ridiculous to try and speak this way and he was glad he had grabbed a stack of journals.
