Amara just shrugged, "People are stupid when they're scared, and shoved together. It was to be expected." though she had hopped that more of them would have not taken Mystique's bullshit seriously. Though hopefully they would come around, or at least be smart enough to get in their way, in whatever they decide to do from here.
Amara just shook her head, smiling a little. "Well what did you expect me to do? She was getting on my nerves, and that's not easy to do." she had a pretty good handle on her emotions, but Mystique had just pushed all the wrong buttons. Who did she think she was, really?
She shook her head after the woman left, picking up one of her fries, though still piping hot, didn't really bother her. "I haven't seen her at all. I've looked, but nothing. I saw John not that long ago, he's still pretty bad." she had been staying in the basement of the X-Men mansion. As long as she staid out of every ones way, no one seemed to have a problem sticking around until John could get out. He didn't deserved to be stuck there by himself for so damn long. "With any luck he'll be out soon though, I don't know how he's kept his sanity down there."
