Infamous? Kitty couldn't help but laugh. She hardly considered herself more important than any of the other X-Men, but maybe everyone else had stuck around, making her the only target for gossip. As Scott continued, addressing practically every single one of her thoughts, she breathed deeply. He always seemed to know her extraordinarily well; one of these days everyone would discover Scott was actually a telepath all along.
This reassured feeling continued - until he mentioned Emma Frost. Pryde immediately pursed her lips and furrowed her brow gently. There was so much she wanted to say right now, from how morally /wrong/ it was to have that woman even /be/ in the mansion, to that Bobby was left /alone/ with her. And the fact that Scott spoke her name so easily was more than a little irritating. Still, she couldn't talk about it with him until she at least mentioned it to Xavier. Maybe the Professor would tell her that Emma had been taken over by another telepath and actually /wasn't/ evil incarnate in white, but merely some nice old woman from Connecticut. Letting out a breath she didn't know she was holding, she tried to focus on the other matter at hand - was she going to work here?
Kitty had been thinking about this since the end of her Junior year. She figured that it would be only natural for her to become a staff member, maybe teach something remotely related to what she majored in, but really, it didn't matter. She just wanted to help out some of the younger kids the way that Scott, Jean and all of the other older members had mentored her. Nodding, she said after a moment, "Yeah, I'd like to help out any way thats available, even if it means being the P.E. teacher everyone hates. And yes, I'm back, so that means I'm fully back."
