It's 2005 and the Information Age is in full swing. YouTube has just been created, muggles are carrying cell phones with cameras everywhere they go and news can travel across the globe in a split second. Amidst all this, the Wizarding World still hides behind the Statute of Secrecy, which is looking increasingly futile and outdated. One secretive new group - OSTENDO - aims to put an end to the Statute, by any means necessary. They've drawn up a list of enemies, posted it for all to see and one by one, terrible things are happening to the people whose names appeared on it.
