Once she left Caradoc, she went back to shopping, or really to her excuse to seeing people. She got lost in that for a while, making up stories about who people were in her head, until she was standing in front of Narcissa and her little boy.
"Narcissa, so good to see you." She wasn't surprised to see where Narcissa was going. Madame Malkin's had her loyal costumers and Clorinda wasn't one of those. She was sure that if she tried to get something there, she'd get some horrible robe from a decade before. "Are you getting ready for the gala?" It was a safe question because unlike her, Narcissa Malfoy was always impeccable at the gala. Clorinda would find an off the rack gown in the muggle world, spend a tenth of what Narcissa would and call it a day.
