Finally, the smirk fully made it to her face followed by a slightly muted chuckle. She couldn't help herself. Perhaps she was tired, or she just didn't care when he challenged her journalistic integrity anymore. "I've got to put something in writing and Auror stories always sell." Rita shrugged her shoulders. The war stories sold more papers as sad as it was to say and she needed to make things interesting. Or at least that was how Rita saw it.
"Well, work wasn't boring then." Rita smiled as she dropped her hands from being crossed and placed her hands on her desk as she leant forward. "What exactly happened this weekend then? Hmm." Rita sincerely doubted she could get any details out of him but she would never forgive herself if she didn't try. "Come clean offer up a different narrative. I'm sure my readers would wanna know." She wrapped her fingers around the edge of her desk as she leant on it knowing it was best to hold on to something when it involved Kingsley being in a closed space with her.
