Sirius felt his hackles rising with each word she spoke. Sirius didn't think Regulus was anything like his mother. That wasn't it at all. She made them all do terrible things! That didn't change the fact that when Sirius reached out Regulus never reached back. It didn't change that Regulus spent years pretending he was dead and never sent so much as a hint that he was alive. It didn't change that now, when they were both adults and both free that Regulus still refused to look past their so called family values. It didn't change that Regulus had hated Sirius enough to join the Death Eaters.
He stood, not caring that it forced her off his lap.
"Yeah. Thanks for that. Clearly you know fucking everything and I, as usual, know absolutely nothing. Sirius Black is wrong again, as always, and everything that happened and every choice Regulus made is my fault. Thanks for the fucking clarity."
