"Brush up your skills? Are you offering?" He asked, and wiggled his eyebrows. The whiskey definitely was beginning to have an effect, which was good. He didn't want to be tightly wound up while he was visiting with his best friend. He wanted to have fun and shoot the shit with Leo, get to talking about nonsense or go off on tangents about this or that for extended periods of time until they'd exhausted whatever it was and turn it back into nonsense. He was glad Leo agreed to go to the club with him. That would make it easier than to show up alone.
He drained half of his next glass, as he listened to Leo's offer. He'd definitely like to go see the horses. "You know I'm down to come see any of that." Benjy loved animals. He always had been fascinated with what Leo did, along with his family. When he mentioned coming to crash at his flat, it drew a laugh from Benjy. "You are a blanket hog," he said. "But you're my favorite person so I'll allow it." He didn't think that'd ever change, either, and Benjy was okay with that.
